get one of you squad (not the medic) to run across them or start capping the flag when it goes off the rest of your squad can move in and your medic can heal him, every squad needs a designated dummy, I usually do it when Im on a coherent squad, like running out in front of a tank so it tracks you while your AT gets a shot or your spec ops C4's it.

the next patch is supposed to make it so that other spec ops soldiers can disarm and pick up enemy c4. and snipers can pick up other snipers claymores as well, this will come in handy

Important note for snipers, only attempt to disarm claymores from behind!

So what is the point of taking the Spec Ops kit if you have just killed him?

If your not sure of how many Spec Ops are around and you are a squad leader, get a UAV on the site and clear it of the enemy.

At a guess, so no one else takes it and accidentally or unintentional blows you up?
