Why wont i get my badges?

I play in only ranked servers and have receive promotions, medals, badges etc. IM currently working on a veteran sniper badge, and I just completed the number of hours about a week ago. (and Ive already had more than 15 kills with my sniper rifle alone in on match). And BF2Player shows i have completed these stats, yet, i havent received my badge. Am i missing something? Is it just me being retarded an overlooking something or is this a common glitch (in the system)? thanks..

u need to get 15/20 or whatever kills AFTER u met the time requirment(sp?)

correct...get the required amount of hours - check ur BFHQ before joining a server to check it says you have the required time...then get ur kills

If thats the case, then it makes sense.. Ill have to get those kills again. Im pretty sure you need 15 for veteran, 35 for expert.
