deleted it... only the battlefield 2 map trough since i cant delete my documents :S


but it still crashed :S

Hehe..yeah, I only wanted you to delete the Battlefield 2 directory

So we know that your problem has NOTHING to do with your BF2 configuration files.

Are you running any ***** cracks or other background applications (e.g. AntiVirus, etc) or any refresh rate forcing applications?

Try running the executable and setting the resolution manually by doing the following:

-Start
-Run
-copy and paste the following:

"C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 800 +szy 600

-hit Enter

ok i think i found the problem :S im using a Downloaded copy of the game...


first i brough this game... but then my cd was gone ( stoled by a "friend" ) then he returned and it was broken


but now i just got a version of a friend ( illegal copy ) with cd crack....


i can play online since the cd key is on my account and i still have the key but no cd


but the SF is brough from ea online

Not for BF2, no.

Sorry I can't be more helpful at this point, but we get so many people who own the game illegally that try to get help that it is difficult to tell when people truly have a broken CD and when they do not and are trying to share a copy with their friend(s).

Everything works just intall all patches and everything but never use the no cd thingy

since i brough SF on the internet it never ask for cd

He downloaded SF legally from the EA Downloader.

It's the originality of his BF2 vanilla discs that is in question.
