I hate to give this guy any fame. But I repeatedly run into him on servers.

His main goal? Blow up his team mates. At crucial flags nontheless.

Just tried to look up his stats and BF2s was not working. I almost prefer stat padders to griefers like this.

It is my belief that if you have stats that show a propensity for tk'ng, as in you are in the negative... (this comming from an engineer mind you ) that you should have your ip banned.

This guy is 100% grief. If you find him on a server with no admin there is nothing you can do.

It's worse than you plane whore tk'r. This guy is at the flag you need to get and blowing his team up.

He should be hardware banned. This is rediculous.

I suspect that the reason you couldn't find his stats is because he's got less than 100 points. Consitering your discription of his play style, that isn't really amazing.

I didn't know that you could have stats so low, as not to be seen....

I have respect for ya Wargimp. I too wouldn't mind you being on the dev team of BF2.

Meanwhile I'm not trying to amaze anyone.

I prob wouldn't even vent like this If it weren't for my own amazement at seeing this clown so many nights in a row.

At the core of this, I would like to propose a new liscense agreement to EA, specifying server conduct and certain penalties contingent upon player behavior on ranked servers.

I think I, and most players would agree, that stat padding is a problem. EA has sought to remedy this problem. I would venture to guess that many, if not more, would also agree that serial tkr's are an equal, if not greater detriment to online play.

I only suggest that EA consider leveling a similiar degree of penalty for such kinds of behavior as they do for stat padding.

If you want to start up single player and kill your own team, go right ahead. But if you have stats indicative of constant team griefing on ranked servers, you are deliberately trying to hamper the enjoyment of others, and therefore, I think a suspension, or, in some cases, a banning is in order.

I'm not being blind or incoherent in my anger. If player accounts like his are too substandard to show up on BF2S, then why should such players be able to play alongside of legitimate combatants?

I've read some of Wargimps views on game mechanics before and like what he had to say.

Thanks for the compliment on the Serial TK'rs though Goof72. It's my intellectual property but I'll let you have it. I understand not everyone can be as creative of an individual as myself. Your name for example, there are so many goofs in the world you had to put in a number behind yours. Your birthday perhaps?

There are many things about bf2 i dislike too.Gameplay issues.
Unfortunatly this game encourages spawnkilling and base raping in general.
It made me want to be a sniper to avoid the melee style of hack and slash battle (beenthereseenitdoneit) type thing.
And not much can be done about that type of player....but was there no kick thing?? like after much teamkill an outo kick?
Anyway....i reckons enjoy finding this player and teamkilling him back(wot the hell its just a game ) or find servers where tk'ing is punished by auto ban.
That kind of idiot turned me into a MONSTERBACKSHOOTINBADASSSNIPER

play on servers which have decent auto protection against TK's or better yet have a decent set of active admins.

Thank you seeker and frosty for your reply's and suggestions. And though those are some things I would do.

Sometimes you just find a Random server and you're doing great. There are no problems. And then an entire armored Column get's TK"d. I look down and see this smacktarded guy as the culprit.

This is like 3 nights in row on different servers.

Though the suggestions you made were good Ideas. Wouldn't it be nice if there were a system that would filter out such players like this. I don't think it would be difficult to create a fair stat dependent filter.
