I didn't make the original post but I think this is what he means. When using a weapon with low accuracy like the G3 the random deviation means the bullet has equal chance of landing anywhere inside 'cone of deviation'. Basically imagine putting circle over the target to represent the cone of deviation. Once this circle is bigger than the head of your target you want to aim lower so that the targets head is still in the top of the circle but more of the circle is then over the target instead of in the air above his head. While this won't actually increase the chance of landing a head shot it does increase the chance of hitting him if you miss the head.

Hopefully that was what Hu.Z_of_PLA meant and even more I hope it made sense.

no, this is not what I meant. I realized that the cone can sometime behaves like a circular pattern (with most bullet goes for the edge of the cone, not random distribution), so aiming in a way that put the edge of the circular pattern on your enemy's head maximum the chance of a headshot.

When I unlocked the PKM and tried it out, i was dissapointed, but after a bit of training I realised that its quite powerfull.
same with G3A1 or the G3

I have a KDR of just over 2 using assault rifles. I never use the G3 as it has unreliable accuracy. Hence why they are improving it's accuracy in the up and coming patch! Hopefully then i'll start using it again. Trust me i know how to shoot. Hu.Z of PLA look me up in any tracker ( [FPS]SF.Paddy ) and i'll happily show you up! lol
