Upgrade Advice Needed

I currently am running an 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 which has served me nicely for nearly three years. I am looking for the best AGP card money can buy, or a very good APG card for a great price. From what I have been reading, people seem to think Nvidia have the best cards for BF2. I've noticed that ATI seem to be having clearance sales, but only with their poorer cards. Can anyone give me some advice or recommendations.

6800 Ultra AGP.

Some users on here like their X8 series ATI cards, I dislike mine terribly.

ATI x800gto and overclock it to a x850pe or

preferably an Nvidia 6800gs, both need 256MB ram, would opt for the 6800gs.

He asked for "the best money can buy", and im pretty sure the 6800Ultra is better than the GS.

I could be wrong, but im pretty sure im right.

The 6800GS is a great alternative if budget is in mind.
