If the screenshot is from BattleRecorder then you can see the tags of players from both teams. (So it wouldn't be a hack)

no hack, screenie was taken while viewing from the battlerecorder. unless you edit a .con file the red/blue nametags will display while playing back any matches with the battlerecorder. its interesting how quick people are to jump to conclusions.
