Aerial Service Ribbon...

It's odd... I just can't get it!

I've just played Daqing Oilfields, killed 25 as co-pilot (uber-cheap Su-30); stayed in the plane the whole round ... But still, no ribbon! Same thing for a Clean Sweep !

BTW, what is the best bomber (for the co-pilot seat); the F-15, Su-34 or Su-30?

Probably. I stayed alive the whole round, in the plane.
It was Daqing Oilfields... I think yes, 15+ min.

Probably not, I got my Helo Service Ribbon as a gunner (back to the BH Mashtuur whoring days)

As a co pilot you can get the crew service ribbon but not the aerial service ribbon (as you have clearly displayed by your lack of it) you must actually fly the plane to get it..

I got this today in the bomber seat the whole time.

Obviously one of the criteria was not met, 15 mins is the killer, its very hard to get outside of a server with only half of its players, most full servers run out of tickets before you can spend 15 mins in any one vehicle.

The best opportunity was a Clean Sweep... The server was half full , so I was like 20 min in the plane...

I killed 17 when the Su was shot down... Then, an idiot took it and 5 min later crashed. When I manage to get it again, the round ends

I know the feeling. those kinds of awards that need the high amounts of kills in a vehicle suck...because if you crash and are only a few kills away, chances are you wont get the vehicle back. You'll get it eventually.

This ribbon always slips through my fingers. The biggest challenge is not the 15min or the kills, its actually getting the chopper/plane and not having someone steal it from you every time you respawn.
The choppers are just too popular, but then again with the way they rule maps its not a surprise. I thought it was just me getting sick of getting raped from the air but I guess a lot of others feel the same way judging by the large increase in Karkand servers in the last two months.

If you're a good pilot or are bombing for a good pilot then getting back the plane is easy, no one wants to wait that long for it and so give up and when you crash you're the first back to the runway.

I only died 4 times when i got that medal, once was on the runway by an enemy bomber. Good pilots pwn :)
