F2000 is a piece of ****, and can't be compared to teh AK, since it fires the same round as the M16A2. If you think the G3 sucks, than you can't shot, that gun knocks 'em down fast.

That may be true in reality but in the game the F2000 does more damage per hit; enough that it is a one-headshot kill where the M16 is not. If you check the wiki weapon comparison you'll see that the F2000 has almost the same accuracy and recoil stats as the AKs and the same damage as the AK101 (34 is the same as 37 for most purposes). Also has the GL like the AKs while the G3 does not.
Yeah I did the same thing Dilla, I thought I had to unlock the DAO but then I started to see people running around with all sorts of different unlocks early when the game came out. I didn't regret unlocking the DAO though cause it's great at close range which is what the gun was originally made for...close-quarters-combat. Sammy as for unlocks, you can buy SF but don't just buy the game for the unlocks because just because you need to unlock the guns you're trying to get doesn't mean they're better then the ones already available. The DAO-12 for example is great but alot of times I can rack up just as many if not more kills with the MP5 as well.

I like the G3 better, and have better shooting with it, it's a video game, and all subjective anyway.

lol, i did the same thing, but i really didnt regret it.... it got me off the noob toob & made a real player out of me.... if you can rack up scores with a g3 against 50 toobers & med pack spammers, youre doin pretty good (for those of you that dont know, before the first patch there were basically 3 weapons, the toob, the medic bag & the paddles :P)
My first unlock was the G36C. It was like a brilliant B'Day present for myself :P It's just beautiful to be able to snipe and kill snipers with a non-sniper rifle. The G36C is a brilliant piece of hardware... provided your computer doesn't lag... then you might want to look at other pieces of hardware too for your comp...
