G3 or PKM, what should I unlock?

Well I just got a new rank and i'm in a debate on which weapon I should unlock. What do you guys personally think is better, and can you give me some suggestions? thanks :)

PKM all the way! The G3 has horrible recoil and only 20 rounds per mag. I prefer the normal nades over GL, but the stock assault rifles are just way better in longer ranges.

hmmm.

if the patch wasnt coming out i would say to go for the G3 all the way, but as it is, the pkm is getting a "massive" accuracy boost in the upcoming patch(although i heard the same about the G3...). Still, i think the G3 is way cooler than the pkm, so i would go with that (can't wait for my next unlock: gonna get g3 without a dought :))

heck, just go with the class you like more.

Both are not even worth unlocking right now wait till the patch comes out and see what they do with the accuracy on each gun.

Well I have 2 unlock credits, and i already unlocked both Medic sf weapons. Right now im thinking of the G36C, so should i get the SCAR-L instead?

The G36C is a great weapon, but I still prefer the M4, AKS and QBZ-95 over the G36C, more stopping power.

Ever thought about the DAO-12? It's a real boost for the Anti-Tank kit if you want to tear everything apart in close range.

apparantly the smg's are getting tweaked for accuracy. rightfully so to. in what would does an mp5 have worse accuracy than a berretta m9???

so therefore i think the dao is being left even more useless than it was before (imho).

I really prefer the G3 myself. 3 hits always a kill, but getting the weapon to be accurate enough for 3 hits at longer range is not going to happen. And it is barely an automatic weapon, semi is the way to go unless you're fighting in close quarters

this thing is great, i love it, it has saved my ass more times than i can count it really gives life to the support class

G36C and G3 both have one thing in common that i don't like. G36c has little stopping power so to take full advantage of its accuracy you have to take out your enemies from distance. G3 has the same downside because of its recoil and small clip. In a panicy close quarters encounter the default guns perform better by average.

For Spec ops this is not such a bad thing but at least when i play assault i'd like to be holding a gun with which i can confidently walk around corners and not hide in the bushes.

ive got both unlocked, the g3 is top on accuracy but only 20 rounds, the pkm is rubbish accuracy unless your in a prone position then it just tears threw em all + you or your team mates will never be outta ammo! be even better when the new patch is out, open the support
