You can modify whatever you want true, but that doesn't mean that you'll be able to log into a server with your modified content afterwards. Some files you can not alter, such as medal requirements, weapon characteristics/damage, etc. If you do it is hacking. So in example, you can't change the line that says 44 kills to get Expert Spec Ops to 10 and expect that it is going to work.Comment
