How do you unlock the expert sniping badges?

to get expert sniper you need
basic sniper = 10 kills in a round
vetran sniper = 15 kills in a round and 15 hours playtime as a sniper
expert sniper = 35kills in a round and 100hours as a sniper

i have got 35kills and 48 kills in a round but aint got 100hours playtime as a sniper yet.
go here and look at the medals at the bottom it will give a description

well you should of got basic sniper for that?
what server do u play in ?
dont mean to sound dumb but you do play on ranked servers not unranked?
