Can anyone give me help

Reinstall XP Pro a few months ago, as i had to much crap installed. been playing bf2 and bf2sf fine. Today i come to play it and when it logs in to a map to play a game its all jerky. sound is jerky mouse is when u press esc it takes ages to get back to main menu. Tried it on both games and on single play same thing. All i have changed is my keyboard from a old ps2 to a newer one with more buttons both ps2 and i tired it back with old one same thing ( as sometimes u just never know with PCs).
Any got any ideas or should i just sit here any cry.

no didnt come with drivers its not that fancy just volume button and IE etc.
