I have come across that many people are getting the unmodified client data problem frequently. I remember I had installed SF ages ago and not changed a single thing except adding a map and removing the intro movies. I hadn't even played it for ages, just single player. I am certain I had not modified any content. Next thing I know I get that error.

I know today some sir members got this error and were forced to reinstall / re-patch.

Im curious, what sudden occurance could cause this, I know more and more people are getting this and all have no modified a single thing.

Um, that's wierd, if u installed SF ages ago, u shouldn't have the prob, anyways, easy way out, 'reinstall' patch 1.12, if that doesn't work, then uninstall SF and BF2, then install them again, and AFTER u install SF, patch to 1.12.
