I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to the Wargimp?? He's become notably absent in the past few weeks, and i dunno about anyone else but i miss the stories and funny comments!

Sabo, i tried to have a look at your stats mate, bf2s didnt show them because you're currently on less than 100 global points. Gimpy is nigh on 20000 unless im mistaken - in the sense of the game, how can you say he sucks? Have you read some of the posts and suggestions he's made in the past?? They're not things that someone who 'sux' would come up with. Finally my friend, I am curious as to why, if he 'sux' so much you'd waste time and effort in stating what must be obvious to everybody else...

i retract that comment then and stand corrected - i searched under sabo. However, the rest still stands - he's on a par with you...... you're saying that you sux too??

I didnt really mean he sucked at the game, i just didnt like most of his ideas on these forums much :)
although he clearly does suck at the game - less than 1 k/d ratio, 1.36 score/min. He's played almost 50 hours more than me and has around 3000 less score.

And straight score/score comparisons aren't a particuarly accurate way to measure someones skill, you can get a high score by simply playing for a long time. Kills per minute, score per minute, total kill/death ratio are all much better ways to gauge how good a player is.

So what you're saying is that all the so-called "aviators" are fantastic whereas all footslogging support type troops for instance are crap ? Because thats what it will pretty much look like if you look at it your way. Different people play in different ways, its all good

Aviators can get a lots of kills, but so can a person on foot, it depends on what situation you're in.

To truly know how good someone is you need to look at all their statistics together to see what kind of player they are, a good player is well rounded and can carry on killing even when they're shot down out of their plane and have to go it alone on foot. Someone that just whores planes all day long because they're rubbish on foot is not a well rounded player.

My point remains, looking purely at score vs scores gives you NO indication of a players skill, unless you take at least some of the other stats into consideration.

well actually, alot of the pilots that do have a good k/d ratio in planes, are good on the ground aswell.
