Unlocking guns

I just got special forces right, so i go on hopeing to unlock the secound kit for each class. I was told i get a gun in special forces for every rank past Sergeant... Right now im Gunnery Sergeant so i should get 3 more guns RIGHT? yeah well once i get master sereant or w/e my next rank will i beable to unlock a gun from bf2 and sp? or i have to progress my way in bf2 then do the rest in sp... im really confused, i was kinda hoping to unlock scar,f2000 and w/e

From then on, you will get 2 unlocks at a time; which you can use for either vanilla or SF unlocks.

wait if im really close to getting gunnery sgt and im a staff and i get gunner sgt but dont unlock anything and tehn i buy sf..will i then get 2 unlocks?

If u get to gunnery sergeant, u will get a choice of THREE unlocks after u play in a SF ranked server, if u get to gunnery sgt and u decide to 'choose unlock later', then when u play in a SF ranked server for a while, after u get out, u will get a choice of 4 unlocks, u can use these unlocks for SF weapons AND vanilla BF2 unlocks.
