What do I have to do to get a good amount of team points?

Reviving (2pts each) is probably the best way. Either that, or going around and capturing back flags (4pts per flag).

^ yeah, just focus on doing that for a while and not on other things, it really adds up if you concentrate on it heavely.

be a sniper and get body shots, dont be in a vehical too much, be a medic or support, be on karkand.....

OR if you wanted to be lame/cheap, then pilot the BH around Mashtuur city, and you'll have 50+ team points by then..

Go medic on Karkand or BH whore on Mashtuur. Your bound to get a ton of team points like that.

Play medic and cap flags. Toss your medic bags, revive people and make sure to get the flag capture points.

revive - 2
heal - 1
flag neutral = 2
flag cap = 2
flag neutral assist = 1
flag cap assist = 1

Or you can fly a plane/chopper with 2 seats

driver kill assist = 1
driver ability point = 1

Support is also a good way of racking up teamwork points. You get a point for every ammo bag someone else on your team picks up.

Not for every bag picked up, it works the same way as a medic - you need to rearm '100%' (as in, refill a whole bar even if its different people you are rearming) of an ammo bar. But people generally use so much ammo that this is quite easy to do.

being a medic, i just go around reviving and capping... karkhand and sharqui are good maps for me

No, you are wrong.
Every time someone picks up an ammo pack, even after only using 1 clip/grenade, you get an ammo giving point. The only time you don't get an ammo point when someone picks up your bag, is if you've just resupplied him (anti stat-padding measure added in 1.03).
