+sin+ clan is running map pack 3, they are hosted on an internode server. Just search for internode with rank filter off.

There are tons of aussie servers.
the main server providors are
-Gamearena
-Internode
-Gamespace
-OGN
if you search any of these names you will come up with tons of servers
and Gamearena had a custom map server running but its there own bf2 custom mappack, not Tbf2's one

Internode only has servers located in Australia, hyper_sniper21.

Internode is garbage, anyone will tell you that. Horrible lag and high pings. Gamespace servers aren't bad but still not good. Gamearea and OGN are probably your best. I play on Xtra servers and I get a better ping in New Zealand than I do in Australia for any of those servers.

lol@ high pings from internode? lmao if u seriously get a better ping in xtra servers there is something wrong with your connection. i get lag joining the nz xtra servers and no lag on node. anyway for all you noobs who cannot locate australian serevrs you do not deserve to play the game. but anyway there is internode, ogn, gamespace, gamearena and of course xtra but they r in new zealand. and while i am here i will warn all you foreign noobs. i am not a racist but stay the hell away from our aussie servers thanks. sick of you yanks and asians comin into our servers laggin **** up. by all means come into our country, join our servers while you are in the country. but if you want to live in YOUR country try playing servers which are in YOUR country noobs.

I tend to alternate between Internode and GameArena and on neither do I experience any lag whatsoever, including GA when their servers are flooded with internationals. Internode seems to be a lot more strict about high pings, so it's rare to see anyone in excess of 200.

Personally, I think they're both great and I'm quite happy to play with and against the internationals. When they have a ping exceeding 250, they can't hit the broad side of a barn, so on GameArena very late at night, it's often like playing single-player on Easy.

You know calling us all noobs isn't a smart thing to do and just because we don't play on "your" server, it apparently means we suck. How is going to a server that is better managed and gives me no lag not better than internode server. You are racists and are calling races by names. Next time avoid being an idiot when you post and thinking you are better than every single person the internet. Yet another reason I don't play on internode servers, people like you.

I don't have a problem with internode either, i get around 15-30 pings on a 512k connection. I think you have a problem with your connection somewhere.

As for everyone flaming the guy about not being able to find a server, some of you should read the thread again. He was asking for servers running custom maps.

DarkShot, obviously you are a moron and have proven it yourself. I don't think there is any Australian server that does not have either a ping kicker or kicks anyone not from an australian isp.

Actually, xRAMBOx, I used to play the hell out of both DC and '42 but I never used 'John-Paul' as my ingame nick. Were you playing against someone with that name? I changed my nickname all the time because I'd get bored with one and promptly move on to another. Having said that, I don't doubt we would have played with/against one another many times, especially given the sheer number of hours I spent playing those games!

Twisted, GameArena doesn't seem to have a ping kicker (or if their servers do, they certainly allow a lot of latitude). I'm often hearing American and sometimes even British voices when playing in a squad. Late at night, it's not uncommon to enter a GA server and find the average ping is over 200. Again, though, I don't seem to have any problems with lag and, especially when I'm USMC, I really like playing alongside the Americans. Makes the game a bit more immersive!
