Another step backwards.
BF42 tanks had more than 1, the tank turrets would often blow up and land somewhere else.

what are your graphic settings, maybe the better the graphics the more effects that can happen.

Nope, has no relevance to your graphic settings, Have never seen that with everything maxed out.
