Another ranked server question

Is there a list of the server companies EA has partnered with to run ranked servers? I am looking for a server to purchase but want to have voip and battlerecorder and seem to be having some trouble finding server companies that offer the battlerecorder feature. Any help for this would be appreciated or a link to where I could find ppl to help.
Also, does anyone know if you can have a 32 man ranked server but change the amount of players to a lower number like 24 for like a day if the admin wants to?

But only a couple of them seemed organized as actual game server providers. Some don't tell you anything they offer and some you have to look for scattered info all over the place.

We have our ranked server hosted with www.seemeplayme.com The reason you are having trouble finding a host that offers Battle Recorder is because most don't know how to set it up and the other reason is you really need a fully dedicated server to run Battle Recorder and a separate server for VOIP. In other words you don't want to share a server with anyone else which 9/10 companies make you do for the price they charge.

So its not cheap to have BR + VOIP.

However smpm didn't setup BR for us we did it ourselves.

The other feature you want is full daemon access for adminining. You can change say from 32 to 24 to 16 or whatever. You can also change from ranked to unranked anytime you like and back again.

EDIT BTW you need separate FTP space to send the BR files to so they don't lag your server when people download them.
