There are two main types of OS Priv kicks. Blocked and Insuffecient. Insuffecient is cause by the "not an admin" or malware (vx2 in particular causes this kick). Blocked OS, always have at least a 3 digit code, explaining what was being blocked. Blocked have been caused by security programs. I have had a few "uninstall and reinstall XXXX software" fixes. This is usually caused by the PB dll's changing due to an update, and security programs not recognizing them any more. I would recommend a support ticket with PB, but note what kind of kick, and the exact kick message you get.
Click the "Find VX2.betterinternet info" button to make sure that you don't HAVE this adware. If there are no files listed, go on to the last step.
If you find the virus, (it is usually 3 random named dll files)
Select all the files found.
Press 'Delete These Files'.
The program will delete all files but one that will be deleted on reboot.
Allow program to reboot.
Once Restarted:
Press 'Guardian.reg'.
Press 'User Agent'. Click on the "Restore Policy" Button!
Clicking on "find vx2.BetterInternet info" again should show all fields blank (especially "User Agent String"). If you still get kicked, open a support ticket, I need more info to help you past this.
