This is pretty awesome...I didn't know that such a thing was possible.

On bombers it's sadly impossible.
On attack choppers, a piece of cake.

Also, I throw C4 into trees. The tree up the ramp to suburb in Karkand is perfect for that. Throw C4 into the branches hanging over the road, kill anything driving/walking beneath.

I personaly Use C4 For following Reasons. Blowing up Comanders Toys, Defending Flags, Sumthimes I strap them On Jeep if there are More Then 1 Tank There, Usualy 1 Jeep straped with 2 c4 vs 2 tanks U can take them out No problem.

I use c4 to throw over fences, on cars (Jihad), on enemy tank, on roads, at flags and so on.

I use the C4 on tanks, APC and light vehicle, but i think that i should use it some more if i want my explosive badges :laugh:

well if you realy wanna do something cool use a BH and drop some c4 when flying over a enemy flag ... then your the bomb

... i personaly use it as a defence tool when í'm defending a flag .. put some on the enter or exit of the flag area .. always good for a couple of kills, or put some on a tank or apc ( enemy offcourse )

I love the C4...

I use C4 for everything, blowing tanks, commander assets, people, etc...
Jihad cars, boats, and even helicopters (Chinese/MEC)...

And also a lot of "flying" C4... =)

Defending is the way to go when using C4. Not enough people defend as it is.

today I wen for the veteran explosives, mand, did I got screwed ,

Trow two C4 pack behind the fences, want to detonate, but they do nothing (I am like WTF, stupid C4) .
Then got killed, and few sec later got revived, I walk further to put some c4 in the alley , detonate, but offcourse the other two pack where still behind the fences witch where now filled with teammates .

Killed 5 teamates in one time and they punished me all at the same time .

Ofcourse then I got kicked from the server

Dude, you must learn how to use the C4. First thing is, don't do TKs, and also, guide yourself with the UAV...

The minimap zoom at maximum helps you to know actually how far from you the enemies are. Also, you must be VERY quick when switching to the detonator...

its not to blow up enemy with c4 its to outsmart him, thats the point

you can rush at the enemy see 4-5 of them, plant c4 right into them and jump behind box, fence or hide just behind the closest wall. if you are not clumsy they wont shoot you and you get a chance to blow some heavy devilish explosive that is mabe half a meter away from you just because you are smart enough to hide yourself from detonation

i remember playing karkand and i ll never forget it, i was runing trough the hall that leads to room full of boxes, suddenly 4-5 people bumped right into my face and i had nothing to do but to plant and blow everything away, if i picked gun(4 machine guns vs 1? dont think so, grenade? dont think so so i planted c4(along with sprinting of course) and jumped behind closest box, right - left click boom 4 kills

they were mabe feet away from me but detonation didnt get me

you can also find a situation where you see a enemy just when you enter a hall, plant a c4 do few steps back, left and kaboom

if its great for anything its for defense, when you pick a flag alone on penisula (center building) plant it near stairs because when people see flag is going down they will rush up the stairs to defend it and of course they will die :laugh:

the main thing is to be creative, think what they do and you will know easily what to do than

and remember to use cover

I use C4 to defend important bases as commander; drop C4 charges out of the MEC/PLA transport helis, the cars in SF, and 4 seater transport vehicles; to blow up armor and commander assets. I don't like jumping around using the C4 exploit though.

I seem to remember a tip/trick for roadside bombs. Most people think they have to spread out a few blocks of C4 along a road to blow up a tank but in reality one on each side (so they don't see them in the road) will do the trick 80% of the time. If not then they'll be very low on health and they won't last long unless driver is an engineer...

So basicly the chances of that strategy failing completely would be like 4/100.
