so if everyone create a squad and being squad leader, will auto switch still work?

Auto switch sometime is so annoying, expecially when you playing in a good squad and suddenly you get switched, ususally in the middle of a intense game.

Everyone can't create a squad. The limit is nine. However, should the team consist of 10 or less (9 + 1 commander) then autobalance won't work.
