The only one that is considered cheating is the building near the train accident outpost because there is a glitch at the top enabling them to survive arty and only be killed if your in the glitch. The same glitch, for those who have Strike at Karkand 2 (TBF2 Map Pack 2) There is a building with that too, only there is a ladder.

Well, one of the roof is POSSIBLE in ranked ff off servers.

It's really easy, although it takes a bit of practise, anyway I think some you might know this website which tells you alot of secrets and spots in each maps of BF2
