How to setup a Ranked Dedicated Server

I have no problem in the setup of the server. I just have a question on how to make it a ranked server. I can't find the d/l file for a ranked server, only the unranked version. So i am assuming that I have to have it converted to a ranked or something like that. Does anyone know how to make my DS and Ranked DS?

You can not set up a Ranked Server! Only approved EA Host providers can set up Ranked Servers, and you must lease one for $$$$$$$

LOL. then why did u think there were unranked servers when people could make ranked servers? GOD
