Are you running the latest drivers?

I'm also getting this problem with my Creative SB Audigy Value. Seems like the latest drivers don't support my card. Where else can you get drivers? I've tried looking all over Creative's website.

Well, the driver I linked to was right off the generic Audigy driver page. I ca'nt seem to find anything specific for the 'Value' or 'LE' models

          Re: slow voice over sounds

I have an audigy SE 7.1 card aswell and have the same problem.

So too does anyone who has this card, afaik.

It is a known bug especially with this card.

Some other audigy cards (e.g. audigy 4) have a similar problem but Creative have released some beta drivers for those cards that help.

You will have to play BF2 using sound in software mode.

I know this is bloody ridiculous, but that is all I can say, sorry.

There are no new drivers on the creative site that will help. DO NOT use any drivers for other audigy cards.

Note, you can go to the uk.creative. site (rather than the us site shown above) and they will show your Audigy SE card. This is called a different name in the US (LS I think)

Well, maybe it's happening for the same reason the SBLive 24 bit card is having problems...those 'budget' cards just aren't supported by BF2

Just run the Audio settings in 'Software' and 'Medium' with EAX off and see what happens.

            Here are the LS drivers:

I put my sound card to 'Basic Acceleration' and it fixed the problem. I don't know if it works with the SB Audigy SE.
