In the options I tick the box to Inable this and I apply the changes... I click on a dif tap...then go back to the Audio tap...and its not ticked anymore.

Can any help me to why its keeps unticking its self... it really sucks.

Do you have a Realtek AC97 soundcard!?

Yes I do.

[IDIT] I can go in a server with Voip on....I can use it twice...then it just stops working.... so I press and hold B twice and as soon as I let go of B the second time.. it disables itself.

i have a ac-97 mic and it does the same thing. in run type DXDIAG the click on the sound tab and change your hardware sound accerlation level to basic accerlation. It works 4 me sometimes and other times it lages like hell when i go to talk. i have also began to experence huge lag spikes.
