Only one NON laggy server

Okay first off lemme say that i used to be able to play bf2 on high settings with no lagg problems. Now im playing on low..

Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2.25GHz
1GB RAM
eVGA Nvidia Geforce 6800 256mb

I have all my drivers updated.

Every server i go into laggs for me. On average i have about 20 ping. And i know usually i get a little lagg after joining a server, but it never leaves except in the Day after tomorrow server.

That server is 40 slots and usually full. On other servers (where i am still getting 20 ping) sometimes have only a few people in them and i lagg. I lagg in every single server except the one i mentioned.

The DAT server loads really, really, fast too.

Why am i only able to enjoy a game in this one server? And why do i have to play on low settings when i used to be able to play on high?

I think this is a sli pci-e card, right? I think you may have a power input to the card (mine has one power input with 2 power leads that both needed to be plugged in). I went from 0 to 1 to 2 power inputs. 2 definetly made it come alive.
Don't know if this helps or not, but it's all I know.
