My awards aint showing up

ok this has happend to me twice this week well ive been playing on ranked servers and i havent been getting my awards. Earlier this week i played on a ranked server and got awarded my Infantry Officer Ribbon and Basic Helicopter I look in my awards and they dont show up. Today I was playing on Wake Island and got awarded my Basic AA and infantry officer Ribbon again i look in my awards and they dont show up again why is this ? its starting to **** me off.

Sometimes it takes a while for them to show up, other times servers claim to be ranked and really aren't, other times you get screwed....I hope that neither happened to you, but it might have :\
