I know there are tons of mini mods for this, but I like doing things myself. I pretty much never play MP, and as such BF2 seems to be a limited experience. I'd like to play a fully enabled 64 player AI map, but it seems this is very difficult to pull off. The next best thing: how would I increase the number of bots, ticket counts and unlock all weapons for single player?

heres a website where there is a bunch of Singleplayer maps...
they worked with the new BF2 Editor which has a complicated tool that generates navmeshs for larger maps
I wouldn't try doing it if i were you because doing it yourself is really complicated, but you might as well check the site and download the expanded 64 player maps
if you really want to do it yourself, check the forums for a bunch of tutorialsComment
