Looking for program to search players

I did a search but came up short. Is there a program that can search for ACTIVE players during games?? Per say you want to play with a certain person, just type in their name and if they are currently playing on a ranked server then the server info/IP will appear. So anyone know of a program that does this?? Is it even possible?? I don't have much knowledge with puters so I have no idea. Someone design this!!!!

Create a buddy list

Or create clan list at BF2tracker and it'll show you if they're online, and where they're playing. Also shows their stats.

I use the leaderboard feature of bf2s.com.
It interfaces with GameMonitor anyway, so you'll be seeing the same data.

yeah.. jsut use bf2s.com
type the player's name and if he's online playin it'll give you the IP/server name/current status via game moitor
