Meh, this is acually pretty easy to do. Just pause a game while its being recorder with battle recorder. I did it a while ago and sent this pic in but it didnt make it.

You'll get all sorts of errors like that if you dont' close Battlefield Recorder properly but still manage to play it back, or if you pause and jump to desktop and stress the system. I played back a file once and a big "PAUSED" showed up in the middle of the screen, and I was able to move around the field as usual, but nothing was moving. Some extremely terrifying things had happened to the models (and some just plain wierd, like embodied uniforms without owners, soldiers clipped into the field or walls, etc). Lots of grotesque faces, even more crazy than this one.
