... is it easier to kill people on Special Forces?

Maybe it's just me, but ever since installing Special Forces over Battlefield 2, I've noticed that it seems like I'm killing people much easier than I was before installing the expansion pack.

Maybe it's these new weapons that they've given us, or maybe it's totally just me.. either way, to me it seems like it's just much easier to take somebody down, and I haven't had near as many of those "OMG I UNLOADED AN ENTIRE CLIP ON HIM!!!!!!1111" moments.

Anyone else noticed this?

Am I correct? Do the weapons/new weapons really do more damage??

I dont think so. Maybe you just aiming and firing in bursts rather than holding down trigger and letting all ur round empty, thus aiming not accurate!?

Perhaps u just got more experienced.

the G36E puts people down so fast in 3 round burst that it's just stupid.

I think what you're experiencing is more people who either:

a) JUST got the game as well the SF
or
b) JUST got SF and feel totally lost and therefore are out of their element and easier pickings

yeah, its the same for me too, I could never keep an 1/1 or over k/d ratio in vanilla, yet have no problem and actually all my statistics improve the more I play SF. IT IS the guns for me, the g36 and the f2000 are closer to my style than the vanilla guns, although I dont get whats the deal with the scar ones :)

Without no doubt , the F2000 is an extremely good weapon, has big power (enough for headshot kill) , is acurate and has a 30 clip in combination with good scope + the nade launcher .

About the other unlocks , not so very special, for the medic I still prefer the AK or the M16 .

spec ops, the unlock from vanilla is still the best one.

support : pkm is still the best

engineer : jackhamer is still the best

Last night I was playing as the British SAS and on their Assault kit, I noticed I was taking down foes really, really easily with that... is that just a good weapon?

Maybe that's why it felt so easy. :)

Ah, my bad.. I'm only knowledgable in weapons you hear about all the time, such as AK-47's, AK-74's, M16's, M4's, etc.

Never heard of the F2000, but I know one thing's for sure: It kicks ass in BF2!
