Anyone got their Aerial Service Ribbon as "co-pilot" in bomber?

Well I can't really fly and I was wondering if anyone got that ribbon as "co-pilot" (is it also called gunner in a plane ?) Any good bomber pilots available for hire and willing to help ? That's the last ribbon I need, well except the War College or whatever it's called but I will never have a 3:1 W/L ration so I'm not even thinking about it.

I have always been curious if you could get it that way. I can't fly for crap. I am a good bomber though.

I know a guy who got his award that way. Don't ask me how he did it.

It's certainly possible...you just have to be flying with a pilot that isn't only flying for himself.

When I pilot the bomber, I fly smart and slow to give my copilot first dibs on targets. That way, you are 99% less likely to teamkill...nice surgical strikes on an enemy tank amidst 20 of your men.

I'll use my bombs or cannon when the copilots misses or when there is a PILE of infantry on the UAV.

Rarely do I engage other air targets.

That's how I got my aviator ribbon: great pilot actually lining me up for massive kills on Gulf of Oman as MEC...

Too bad that ribbon only includes airplanes.

                Try again.

Armando Marini from DICE claims you can get the ribbon in a chopper, so until he comes out with a retraction, maybe you should just ignore CaptJordus.

How is it possible to receive the Aerial Service Ribbon in Special Forces when no aircrafts are included?

You should be getting aerial service points for helicopter usage as well. If you are not, then this is an issue that we have not been made aware of.

I got mine as a co-pilot. My brother flew me around and let me get all the kills.

I got my Aerial Service ribbon just the other day!
                          I was a bomber gunner.

I am a terrible pilot, but my friends aren't!

I had one friend in our fighter shooting down the enemy fighter while another friend was lining me up in the bomber.

Its great to have helpful friends

Glad i'm not the only one who knows how devistating the bombers co-pilot is, with a good team you can take armor out of the game completely. The only time i bomb or strafe is while the co-pilot is reloading or the damn things bugging up on him.
