Server Question??

Question: on a 32 player ranked server, what is the minimum amount of players needed to start it up to play?

and

What is the server command to change it?

6 for 16-31, 10 for 32-64

It's not a setting that you can modify.

Yes, if it's a ranked server then the values above must be used, normally serverproviders will not allow you access to alter these.
