My clan's currently comparing differences between 32 & 64 maxplayer maps while deciding which size to implement for our rotations. One concern is deciding if the total (both teams) vehicle (tank, apc, jeep, helo, jet, etc) allocations vary from 32 to 64 player maps. I've seen at least one map that had identical vehicle counts for both sizes, they're just distributed differently across the map. However, thus far I am unable to verify it for all maps.
I tried making a local server & checking each flag manually. Problem is not all maps start out with flags assigned to teams, & so nothing spawns there. Can't capture flags w/o an active game running. Active servers have people using vehicles as soon as they spawn, so that's not really an option either.
I'd be willing to bet some junky somewhere has already parsed this information out, but I'm having a heck of a time finding it if it's really out there. Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or url's that might help out?
