Need Your Recommended Video Settings

Ok here's the story. I just overclocked my video card so I am wondering what video settings you guys think I should put higher. I was running everything on Low. You can see my rig specs in my sig. Right now my Core Clock Frequency is 400MHz and my Memory Clock Frequency is 820MHz. Thanks in advance.

All on medium some on high i would say.

also when you say except, should i put the excepted ones on low or medium?

usually OCing (in my case) doesnt let you run at higher settins, but gives you mmore FPS at the current one. But with a agig of ram and a 6800 OCed you should be able to run at high, 2xAA.

uhh forgot to post my results for 3dMark05. Before overclocking was 2576 3dMarks, after was 4000, and after I OC'd a 2nd time got 4192.

However for 3dMark06 I got only 1862 3dMarks. Is this normal and would this change any of your recommended settings?
