I think the way it works is what ever the team does so if the team does bad you get the loss if they do good you win .

i think it will count whatever the match ends you were last in. Only way to make sense.

Yes you still get the win or loss. It keeps your score stored until the end of the round, which is handy if you crash out as you can come back in at the same score/position that you where when it crashed.
