ok, n00b question, what is dolphin diving?

You will see a tard running down the street having what looks like a seizure. 1st you jump, go prone, dive down, firing or toobing as you do it. It is banned on a lot of servers, 1. Cause it is annoying 2. Cause it is considered cheating 3. You look like a tard doing it.:evil:

Yes I was an 0341 (Mortar Infantryman) in the Marines, 1990 to 1996.
4 years with 1st Bn 8th Marine Regiment A Company Weapons Plt Mortar Section
2 years a an infantry instructor, Hand to hand, Mortar Gunnery (AMLC) and Rifle/Pistol Combat Marksmanship.

i agree about bunny hoppers.

thing is, until the 1.2 patch, with no more bunny hopping, dolphin diving OR c4 diving, as well as close range noob tubing (i love the grenaade launcher, but i only use it at medium to super long ranges, not close in, because i have skill)

just noob tube the bunny hoppers and dolphin divers from a distance.

i did notice that karkand was full of them when i played recently. its not as bad on SF maps.

He has an expert knife badge which at his rank and obvious lack of skill means he is a stat padder.

He's the same rank as you, technically higher, has less TKs, and better K/D's with almost all weapons, better W/L, and what does having an Expert Knife badge mean that he pads? I have it, did I pad it? Does everyone that has it pad it? If DDing ****es you off, throw a grenade, no need to revive the horse to beat it to death again.

For a person who has had military expirience, you would think you would know that if someone has their expert knife it DOES NOT mean they stat pad. Just because it is not an easy badge to get doesn't mean it is a symbol for a ******** bandwagon.

Actually his score is 7000+ lesss than mine, my K/D is 2x better than his, my command score is almost 10K, his is 2200, I can fly helos and jets, apparantly all he can do is tank whore. And W/L is pure luck, I just happen to get stuck on sucky teams quite often. What is your point?
Also if you look at his badges, he has few vet badges, yet he has an expert knife badge?

Bottom line I have zero time for hacker-players, or players that exploit game glitches, it takes 150% of the fun out of the game. I do try to kill every dolphin diver I see, and I am not beating a dead horse, like I said before, the subject of this thread is clearly stated in the title, if you don't want to read it, dont'!
