Hi ive got a problem i cant play any custom maps. I've made a couple and downloaded some and cant play any of them. When i load the maps the game shuts itself down.If anyones got any ideas i'd be very gratefull .Thanks

i really reall really really really hope you are not trying to play them in singleplayer - if so i am assuming tht you didnt even bother reading through the countless posts of this problem which would have given you your answer rather thn starting ANOTHER thread on this relatively simple problem...

if you are trying to play in single player read previous posts first!

if not i would say something is wrong and to re-download and reinstall the maps...

Give me some credit. Im not stupid. Ive been trying to create local games with the maps and its not only maps ive downloaded its also maps i have made with bf2 editor they load so far and then the game just closes.

hmmmm ok - your maps not working could be a plethora of problems.... as for the ones you have downloaded tht seems strange.... go to the bf2 open beta mod tools gotfrag forums... plenty of answers there - atm it is really impossible to nail down the prob with what you have told us.... as what is happening can be the result of sooooooo many different mistakes. good luck

i think you have to put your grafix in med it worked for me any way

did you pack your map so that you get a server.zip and client.zip and Info folder?
