This option is off in post rules. Is this why I can't post pictures? How do I enable it?

i dont think it makes it so u cant put pictures

u post pics by clicking on that icon with the small pic of a mountain and a sun (between the hyperlink and the quote icon) and hten u need to type in the URL of where hte pic is. also u cant post pics directly from ur harddrive, u need to put it on a web server

i dont relaly know for this website, but html can be used to make websites. i dont kno what u want to do but a good webdesign program for beginners is Microsoft Frontpage, but if u want to learn html or any other programming, its a lot easier to just take a class on it than reading about it

No the forums use VBcode. HTML wold be web-design, along with Java and several others.

As for a book, why not just search for some tutorials on google?
