if the chaingun on the challanger is up to par with the blackhawk i think we are all in for some major rapage by the tank whores
It won't i don't think, the only good thing about the BH chaingun is the somehow explosive rounds. EA had to nerf them from real life already, in game, the chaingun shoots rounds at 900RPM, in RL, it shoots rounds at 6000RPM. All the secondary MGs on tanks shoot at 900RPM. So there's no need to worry, unless they also put explosive rounds. Anyways in RL, the minigun can't shoot explosive rounds, i think u have to have at least a 20mm round to do so (that would be equal to teh vulcan AA on teh carriers.)

Not really, the advantage is only to the team that works together, thats how its always been, you cant blame your teams loss at haveing weak weaponary.

No, i am pretty sure that is not how it is. I'm pretty sure it is in the patch. Since it says it in the description for the patch. It just happens that Dice is lazy and put the same sniper as the European one.

Remember that a "Chaingun" is not equal to a Gatling gun. "Chaingun" originally was a term coined by McD, for their M230 weapon system in the AH64, which was externally powered instead of recoil operated. The gun of the challenger is basically a downsized 30mm chaingun, so it carries the same name.
Contrary to popular belief chaingun and gatling aren“t the same.

Ya, i know that, but people keep calling them chainguns, in this forum they call it a chaingun, and in the online game Heli Attack 3 they call it a chain gun.

I think some of you guys are being mislead by the descriptions on the site. They are describing the real life vehicles/weapons features. Most of the stuff they are saying won't be seen ingame. The havok is said to have air to air missiles in its description, yet in game it doesn't. The Vodnik (MEC truck) is fully amphibious in its description, yet in game it isn't.
Pretty much with the booster packs, you'll be getting new weapon/vehicle models that will perform very similar to the current weapons/vehicles in game already.
Im a bit confused with adding two new tanks to the same side as well. Perhaps they will have a different tank on each new map?
