anyone knwo if there going to make bf2 compatible with xp 64? half life 2 has done it why not bf2!
us people with 4 gig of ram and higher would love to see this!

what will this achieve? the loading time reduced by 10 seconds? unless you play BF2 on a verry large resolution this is just a waste of money

i don't think they will convert BF2:32 to 64 with a patch. EA wants money --> go and buy it in the shop for min. 60$

DICE DEVS have already said it is VERY unlikely due to the fragility of the game engine.

I doubt they will, you can't get them to fix half the bugs properly, much less expect them to do a 64bit port for free

I couldn't convice Lexmark to develop 64 bit drivers for an AIO scanner/printer I bought just this past summer. That said, I highly doubt EA/DICE will port BF2 for a 64-bit platform... for free anyhow.

DICE already put out a 64 bit server version. I doubt that we will ever see a 64 bit client though.
