The problem is that BF2RS is refusing to act against him because they need "proof" which is an in-game screenshot. A screen shot showing that his score in one game was -200 is good enough, but a screen shot showing that he had combined teamkill/damage = 6591 which is larger than his total kills 4549

This guy kills more friendlies than enemies. He is more dangerious to has team than his enemy.
