Why only the 1 74GB? Most people but that in RAID with a larger drive.

When you say tax time you meant rebate right? Cause if your just paying them good luck covering the debt off this baby.

Don't go for the FX-60, go for one of the lesser Dual core opty's and overclock it, invest the diffrence in a GTX 512. I'd also skip the raptors as well, just get some good SATA drives with 16MB of cache. Other than that looks pretty good.

            CPU
We’re sorry, but this page does not existing. Please visit our home page for more information.

Will easily overclock to faster than the FX-60 and is $350 cheaper.

            HD

Any of those should be good, not a raptor, but close to the performance and more storage for less money.

if u have a computer that runs bf2 I would wait and build a computer when the G71's come out and the socket AM2 comes out

IMO AM2 isn't worth waiting for... I'd wait for the next progression which is rumored to have on-board PCI-e controller. AM2 just doesn't offer anything that will be worth the cost IMO.

what ever, I know I cant wait for AM2 cause I ahve intel and DDR2 and im to broke to spend money on a new mobo chip and ram. it would be like atleast 300 bucks for 2 gigs of new ram. so the DDR2 support is appealing

Save some money, get the A64 4000+. Unless you neeeed a dual core FX60 to make your e-penis larger. Then you can OC the **** out of it. Get a Thermaltake Blue Orb cooler. Its cheaper then the Zalmans and does a better job (holds my 3700+ to 26*C on idle, no warmer then 32*C).
