Rank Issue/Acct Problem?

Hi, my ranking problem is different from what most have posted...

Im a sergeant with 4 unlocks. I log on to all servers yesterday and Im still listed a sergeant, ok all's fine. Today, when i log on to other servers, im a sergeant but when i log on to my local country's server, im a private but with 4 unlocks. Other servers is fine. Is there somethin wrong with my account or is it just the server. I never occured such a problem b4 and my ping for local server is least. Pls advice.

I have been logging in to some servers only to find myself as a private lately too...dunno what causes it. So long as I have access to my unlocks..it doesn't bother me. My stats seem to update fine despite this.

yea this happens occasionally but when it does happen, i usually dont get my unlocks, but it goes back to my normal rank if i join another server

also when i play the demo, in one round i start off as my usual staffsergeant but then in teh next round, im a private

Yea, happened to me only yesterday. Sometimes if u're lucky, unlocks will be available sometimes not, very frustrating. Any1 know the problem or hwo can we feedback to EA

But stats do update fine
