WTF? How do I get my password back?? Help please?

When I would to play this morning, I couldn't get any further than the Login-menu because my password was gone(and I don't know it

Then I can ask my password back, but nothing happened then!!!

Someone knows what to do in this situation???????

probably because the password was saved and he forgot it because he hasen had to put it in for a few months. Happens to me all the time for other apps.
