So I finaly got BF2 yesterday but I left my squad SAF and need help of other people. Whats the best ranked server to play in?, Whats the difference in the game types and whats the best one?

There really isn't a "best" server per say, there are many great servers out there, it's really just a matter of taste in what maps you prefer. Some prefer close combat such as Strike at Karkand, others like open spaces. I suggest you try out all the maps and see which you like best.

There is only 1 game type in this game, Conquest, which is essentially capture and defend.

If you play on ranked servers, your scores are stored, once you reach the second rank, you'll rank up to Lance Corporal and have the ability to choose from any of the 7 available unlockable weapons for BF2.

Your in the UK so try the server below, you should get a decent low ping.

I prefer playing on servers with low ping, but there aren't many servers with that.

I mostly play the Strike servers like Moongamers({TA} Firestorm) or Moders,
but other city map servers I play as much!

There are over 300 servers in NL. Why do you find it hard to get a low ping?

the best ping i get is 90 .. maybe because i live in a desert.
