Name tag bug is back

There have been lots of posts on here about the Red tag bug and the Friendly Blue tag bug. The ranked server I run hasn't had an issue with this for months. In fact, I cant remember the last time I saw it. But, today it has been there all day consistantly. Dice/Ea has asked the community for help with this bug. If they need it duplicated come to server listed below. We recently ported to a dedicated box and all of a sudden the bug is in full swing. Have seen it prolly 20 times today, but am unsure why. Anyone else seeing this ALOT today? Have they done any server side patches PB or Gamespy today in prep for the 1.2 update?

We get it every round, every day. It may not happen to me personally every round but I assure you it happens every round on our server. I think its because someone starts on one side and then they switch themselves to the opposite team and sometimes they then appear as red to their own team.

This can also be the same for the blue tag enemy. They self switch teams then the team they were on still sees them as being blue.

When informed of a bugged tag player we inform then, politely ask them to leave if they don't leave they leave us no option but to kick them with a polite reason "I'm sorry but your a red tag friendly, please re-join to fix this problem" Insert blue tag enemy if that was the case.

We also offered an invite to them as well to see it occur on any round every day.

Only thing changed in the port over was the Max player count. We went from a 40 man to a 64 man. All of a sudden the name tag bug is everywhere.

We found the same, we went from 32 to 64 then back to 50. We could still run 64 but find its more mayhem than promoting teamwork. Infact we could run multiple instances of BF2 because we also have a dedicated box. I guess your liking your move to a dedicated server like we did.
