Too bad? That most of the tbf2 members are in america is a good thing, in almost all situations (except for things like this).

Bud been there done that ourselves. Its the minimum player crap that is costing a lot of people who pay for servers. Its like flushing it down the toilet.

Thankfully we don't have that problem anymore, but it took a hell of a lot of work to get it to where it is today.

Can I ask some questions about your server? Does VOIP work? Have you thought about setting up Battle Recorder? Do you have any rules and what are they?

Its a lot of these details all put together that will keep people coming back.

BF2 for us its full 24/7 and soon as 3 leave 3 join. SF though can thin out to about half capacity in the wee hours but other than that is usually full. We just changed to SF and its started, didn't take very long but with SF there just aren't anywhere near the numbers of vanilla players.
